About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team and prepare delicious sushi dishes according to our recipes and standards. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and presentation of our sushi dishes, as well as maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. Your end result will be to provide our guests with an exceptional dining experience that keeps them coming back for more. Previous experience working in a Japanese or Asian Fusion restaurant is highly desired.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of various sushi types and sushi-making techniques
- Ability to interpret instructions and menu recipes
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and perform repetitive motions
Responsibilities:
- Preparing sushi dishes according to our recipes and standards
- Ensuring the quality and presentation of our sushi dishes
