About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced cook to join our team at Sundowners in Key Largo Florida. As a cook, you will be responsible meal preparation, stocking, and cleaning your station. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience at our establishment.
Minimum Qualifications:
- A positive attitude, and a teachable spirit
- Good communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Preferred Qualifications:
- Food Handler Certificate
- Restaurant Kitchen experience
- Knowledge of local and state food laws and regulations
Responsibilities:
- Prepare food quickly and efficiently
- Communicate needs and questions quickly to the appropriate staff
- Maintain a clean and organized service area
Skills:
Experience as a line cook is preferred however all skill levels are encouraged to apply.
