Our team members—called Kratom Tenders—are not just cashiers. They are educators, hosts, and guides who help customers feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of.
What You’ll Do
- Greet every customer warmly and create a positive, welcoming experience
- Educate customers on our products in a simple, approachable way (we train you)
- Prepare and serve beverages (kratom tea, kava drinks, etc.)
- Recommend products based on customer needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- Follow daily checklists and team systems (opening/closing/sidework)
- Work as part of a team and communicate clearly with coworkers

- Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people
- Reliable and shows up on time (non-negotiable)
- Willing to learn and be coached
- Positive attitude and team player
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Retail, barista, or customer service experience is a plus—but not required
