What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Property Manager position at Montium?
We are looking for an assistant property manager to be responsible to directly assist the property manager by oversight of assigned residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Assistant Property Manager Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Negotiate lease/contracts with contractors in a timely and reliable manner
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts and handle operating expenses
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Assist with other areas of the business demands as needed
Assistant Property Manager Skills
- Proven work experience as assistant property manager
- Full understanding property management
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in Yardi
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
