Administrative Assistant (EEC / NBE)

Centrally located on Interstate 94 less than 25 miles northwest of Maple Grove and 30 miles southeast of Saint Cloud, Monticello is home to five brick and mortar schools and a nature-based facility serving more than 4,000 students annually. Administrative Assistant

Monday through Friday, 8 hours/day

216-Day Position

Available: July 1, 2026

Job Summary: Provide comprehensive office support and professional administrative services to students, staff, and the community in an efficient, responsive, and timely manner to support the achievement of district goals. This position provides direct administrative support to the building principal and plays a key role in ensuring the smooth, efficient, and effective daily operation of the school. This position reports directly to the Eastview Building Principal.

Education And Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Related course work beyond HS/GED preferred.
• Previous office experience preferred.

Hourly Pay Range: $27.63 - $30.27
