What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cleaning Technician position at MONTICELLO APARTMENTS, LLC?
Monticello, Logan Way and Logan Gate Apartment Communities are hiring for in-house hourly cleaning staff. Positions will complete cleaning requests as received from the Property Manager.
Duties include but are not limited to: Deep clean move-out units, general clean of make ready units, remove trash debris, shampoo carpets with carpet machines, and any other cleaning duty that may be assigned. In addition to cleaning units, Cleaning Techs are responsible for all general common areas, including but not limited to, halls, offices and any other areas instructed by the Property Manager.
Other Duties: Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, climb and use repetitive motions to perform job duties. Previous janitorial experience preferred. Must have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle.
