We are currently seeking full-time applicants for our Pre-certification Authorization Unit. This position works with patients, referring physicians and insurance companies to obtain necessary information to verify and obtain pre-certification/authorization for radiology services and schedules patients for those services. The work schedule is Monday – Friday with hours being between 7AM – 5 PM.
Qualified candidates will have excellent customer service, computer, and communication skills, and friendly telephone etiquette. High school graduate or equivalent is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience working with health insurance plans, medical front desk experience, and some knowledge in anatomy, physiology, and radiology services.
