Responsibilities include:
- Lead and support front desk associates in delivering Marriott’s Guest Service Standards, including personalized greetings, service recovery, and brand‑appropriate communication.
- Train, coach, and mentor team members on Marriott systems and service protocols.
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using Marriott’s service recovery methods to protect guest satisfaction scores.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage to maintain smooth communication and timely room readiness.
- Support scheduling, performance feedback, and onboarding of new associates.
- Maintain a polished lobby presence, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming environment consistent with Marriott brand identity.
