Key Responsibilities
- Inspect guest rooms, suites, and assigned public areas for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and overall quality.
- Ensure rooms are prepared according to established hotel and brand standards.
- Identify maintenance concerns, missing amenities, or housekeeping deficiencies and communicate them promptly.
- Work closely with Housekeeping leadership and room attendants to ensure timely corrections.
- Monitor room readiness and assist in prioritizing rooms based on operational needs.
