Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and address guests by name whenever possible.
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes, presentation standards, and service procedures.
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, draught and bottled beer, and other beverage selections responsibly and efficiently.
- Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with all applicable legal drinking-age requirements.
- Engage guests in genuine, professional conversation while taking orders and providing prompt, attentive service.
- Previous bartending, restaurant, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of beverage preparation and service.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- A genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.
- Ability to confidently make food and beverage recommendations.
