We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee daily sales and operations and drive the success of our franchise service business. Experience: Minimum 3 years in sales or operations related to general contracting/construction project management or retail/service management with some exp handling trade skills teams or general contracting team leadership with sales experience.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong sales and people leadership, a success-driven mindset, extensive experience in lead closing (including presales and door-to-door), and a passion for delivering nothing less than five-star customer service. This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team while ensuring profitability, compliance, and long-term growth.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of operations, including scheduling, service quality, and customer retention.
- Drive presales and sales as an exceptional closer across multiple channels, including door-to-door, digital, and referral-based sales.
- Supervise, coach, and train staff in customer service, lead closing, CRM/POS usage, and compliance.
- Conduct employee onboarding, orientation, and ongoing professional development.
- Oversee recruiting, interviewing, and team performance management.
- Manage payroll, bookkeeping, and ensure financial accuracy and accountability.
- Implement effective inventory and equipment control measures.
- Utilize CRM, POS systems, and social media tools for engagement, scheduling, and sales tracking.
- Develop budgets and monitor financial performance against goals.
- Foster a positive, inclusive work environment that reflects company values: Loyalty, Integrity, Ethics, and Success-Driven performance.
- Actively participate in marketing and community initiatives, including sponsorship of children’s teams and local events on a case-by-case basis.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, ADA, EEO, workplace safety, and company policies.
- High sales target will be set in the ranges of 100-200K per month/1.5-3M annual target.

- Operations & Scheduling: 20–25% (service delivery, scheduling, workflow management).
- Hiring & Training: 10–15% (recruiting, onboarding, coaching, retention).
- Financials: 10–15% (budgeting, payroll, reporting, cost control).
- Compliance & Technology: 5–10% (OSHA/ADA/EEO, CRM/POS upkeep, data reporting).

Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in operations, general contracting, construction project management, master craftsman, retail/service management, or team leadership.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of CRM systems, POS systems, social media, and other operational tools.
- Proven ability to close leads, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions that provide long-term value.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs., walk job sites, bend, kneel, climb, and perform physical activities as needed to perform or complete the job or task assigned.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable record.
- Offers contingent upon successful referral checks and background screening.

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary Range: $45,500 – $72,000 annually
- Incentives/Bonus: Eligible for short-term and long-term incentive bonus of up to 30% of base salary, depending on individual and company performance (sales closed, customer retention, satisfaction scores).
- Total Compensation Potential: $45,500 – $93,600 .
