Part-Time Patient Access Representative-Downtown Care

MCMH Clinics has an opening for a part-time Patient Access Representative at Downtown Care, MCMH's new integrated medical and dental clinic. This position is 24 hours per week. Clinic hours are 8am-8pm, and scheduled hours may include a combination of day and evening hours and rotating Saturday mornings.

Responsibilities include answering telephone calls, scheduling appointments, patient registration and check-in, verifying insurance coverage, maintaining accurate patient information, and assisting patients with front office needs.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm and focused in a busy clinic environment. Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to providing excellent customer service. General computer knowledge is required. Previous experience in patient access, a medical office, or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
