TITLE: TICKET MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Kentucky Certificate, Emergency Certificate, or Certificate for Substitute Teaching preferred; or
- Classified employee exempt from overtime requirements; or
- Meets the requirements for paraprofessional personnel.
- Such additional qualifications as the Superintendent or Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
REPORTS: Athletic Director
SUPERVISES: Not Applicable
JOB GOAL: To keep accurate records of cash intake for athletic and non-athletic events at the high school
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for securing and selling tickets at all athletic and non-athletic events as directed by the Athletic Director.
- Arranges for the printing of the tickets in conjunction with the Athletic Director.
- Arranges for and conducts pre-sale of tickets.
- Responsible for collecting all monies involved in ticket sales and turning in monies and receipts to Designated Administrator at conclusion of each event.
- Responsible for completing accurate reports of all ticket sales for each event.
- Performs such other tasks and assumes such other responsibilities as may be assigned by the Athletic Director or the Superintendent.
TERM OF SERVICE: Salary and workdays to be established by the Board.
EVALUATION: Performance of this job will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Certified Personnel.
