We are looking for a passionate Intervention Specialist to develop and implement individualized learning strategies for students. This position involves leading educational initiatives, providing classroom support, and ensuring students meet academic goals.
- Create and manage individualized learning plans for students, documenting progress and measuring the effectiveness of interventions.
- Lead educational assistants in the classroom and manage caseload responsibilities.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and use data to guide service planning and educational strategies.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with state standards and district goals.
- Implement evidence-based teaching strategies and create a structured, supportive learning environment.
- Valid Ohio State Board of Education credentials.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- A record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment (background checks provided for free by MCESC).
