Overview
We are seeking a motivated Offset Printer/ Trainee/General Manufacturing Associate to join our team. This experienced/entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the printing and manufacturing industries, with a focus on developing skills in offset printing, screen printing, prepress, color management, and related processes. Ideal candidates should be mechanically inclined, eager to learn, detail-oriented, and interested in advancing their careers within a production environment.
Duties
- Offset and screen printing operations, including setup and troubleshooting of printing equipment. Will train.
- Operate manufacturing machinery including cutters, laminators & CNC machine under supervision.
- Maintain quality control standards by inspecting printed materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Help with equipment maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
Requirements
- Mechanically inclined.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and follow safety protocols in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards.
- Willingness to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials as needed.
