Are you a passionate Montessori educator looking for a supportive, established school community?
We are a well-established Montessori school in Clearwater, FL with a strong, collaborative culture, many of our team members have been with us for 10 years. We pride ourselves on creating a warm, respectful environment for both children and staff, and we’re excited to welcome additional educators for our growing programs.
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking Montessori-trained teachers at all levels, with a particular need for:
- Elementary (6–12)
- Secondary (12 )
We are also currently hiring:
- Full-time Preprimary or Primary Leads or Assistant Teachers (ages 2–6)
Required Qualifications
- Montessori certification from AMS, AMI, or IMC (required for these roles)
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience working with children
- Strong classroom leadership and communication skills
- All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application.
