What you’ll do:
- Inspire the classroom, ensuring a nurturing and developmentally appropriate environment for all
- Model Montessori principles and best practices in daily teaching
- Mentor and support in a collaborative environment
- Partner closely with families, celebrating milestones and addressing needs
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of infant/toddler teaching experience
- ECE-qualified: 15 credits, 12 core units, 3 infant/toddler-specific units
- Strong communication, organization, and mentoring skills
- Passion for guiding both children and educators
