Role Description The Early Childhood Educator will create and deliver developmentally appropriate learning experiences for young children in an on-site setting located in Orange, CA. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and implementing lesson plans, guiding play-based learning, supporting social and emotional development, and maintaining a safe, inclusive classroom environment. The educator will communicate regularly with families, document children’s progress, and collaborate with colleagues to support program goals and uphold licensing and safety standards. This is a full-time role that requires active participation in classroom routines, supervision during indoor and outdoor activities, and contribution to a positive, respectful team culture.

- Candidates should possess knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience Working With Children in group care or educational settings.
- Candidates should possess Creativity Skills to design engaging, age-appropriate activities and foster imaginative play.
- Candidates should possess Organization Skills to manage classroom routines, maintain records, and support a structured, safe environment.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with early learning standards, basic child safety and first aid knowledge, and experience in culturally responsive and inclusive teaching practices.
- A relevant credential or coursework in early childhood education, child development, or a related field is preferred; meeting state and local licensing requirements is required.
- Ability to stand, lift, and actively engage with children throughout the day, and to pass background checks and other compliance screenings as required.
