What You’ll Do
- Support the daily heartbeat of the school — keeping operations smooth and classrooms thriving
- Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the classroom staff
- Help with enrollment, operations, and family communications
- Coordinate schedules, provide classroom coverage, and jump in wherever needed
- Grow your skills in school administration, licensing, compliance, and leadership
- Receive direct mentorship from experienced leaders who are invested in your success

Who We’re Looking For
- Someone with a positive attitude and unstoppable work ethic
- Excellent communicator who stays organized even when things get busy
- Experience working with children is a big plus (but not mandatory)
- ECE units preferred – we will support your effort to earn credits if you don’t already have them
- A genuine interest in leadership, professional development, and long-term career growth
- Montessori background is helpful but not required — we’ll train you
