Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located inKaty TX, for a School Director at Montessori Reggio Academy. The School Director will oversee daily school operations, manage staff, ensure the implementation of high-quality educational programs, and maintain compliance with applicable regulations. Additional responsibilities include developing and enhancing the curriculum, providing leadership and training for teaching staff, and fostering relationships with students, families, and the community to create a positive and thriving school environment.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise in Curriculum Development and Education
- Strong skills in Educational Leadership and strategic planning
- Experience in Training and Coaching educators
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Montessori and/or Reggio Emilia educational philosophies is highly desirable
- Proven ability to manage and inspire a diverse team of educators
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
- Prior experience as a school administrator, program director, or similar role
