Montessori Reggio Academy is seeking an experienced and qualified School Director for our new Katy Cinco Ranch campus, opening soon. This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who is passionate about early childhood education, school operations, staff development, parent communication, and maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
The School Director will oversee the daily operations of the campus, support teachers and staff, ensure licensing and safety requirements are met, build strong relationships with families, and help create a positive, professional, and nurturing school environment. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role and must hold a valid Texas Director’s License. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and professional leader who is ready to grow with our school community.
Compensation: $45,000 - $52,000 yearly
