Position: Lead Teacher (Montessori Program)
- $18-22/hr with benefits, depending on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a curriculum that is developmentally appropriate and supports children's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
- Plan and execute daily lessons and activities that align with the curriculum.
- Create a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes cultural awareness and respect for diversity.
- Observe and evaluate children's progress and provide regular feedback to parents.
- Collaborate with other teachers to create an engaging and cohesive learning environment.
- Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education, Montessori Education, or a related field.
- Montessori certification from an accredited institution preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a Montessori classroom or a licensed childcare center for preschool-age children.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for working with young children and a deep understanding of child development.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
