We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to cover a maternity leave position in our [Classroom Name] classroom. This position has the potential to transition into a full-time role in another classroom based on performance and compatibility. As an added benefit, we may offer the option to bring your own child(ren) to our childcare center at a discounted rate, provided they are over 2 years old.
Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with parents and families
- Monitor and assess children's progress and provide feedback to parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive learning environment
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement techniques
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom
Skills:
