Montessori Kids Universe – Louisville is looking for a warm, nurturing, and passionate Montessori Infant Teacher to join our growing team!

Responsibilities:
- Create a safe, calm, and nurturing Montessori infant environment.
- Support each child’s physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Follow Montessori principles while providing individualized care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
- Build positive relationships with families through daily communication.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and administration.
Qualifications:
- Experience working with infants (Montessori experience preferred but not required).
- CDA, Montessori training, or early childhood education coursework is a plus.
- Reliable, professional, patient, and compassionate.
- Able to meet Kentucky childcare licensing requirements.
