We are seeking an energetic and passionate Preschool Classroom Lead Teacher to inspire young learners and create a positive classroom atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lesson plans aligned with the age group
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and independence among children.
- Manage classroom routines, behavior management strategies, and daily schedules to ensure a smooth learning experience.
- Communicate with families to communicate children's progress
- Uphold health and safety standards by following licensing and state policies
Skills
- Extensive experience in preschool teaching, including classroom management and lesson planning.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and staff.
