Position Summary
We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Dental Sterilization Technician to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone who’s passionate about dentistry, enjoys working in a clinical environment, and is eager to learn and grow into a Dental Assistant role.

Responsibilities
- Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment
- Ensure operatories are properly disinfected and stocked for procedures
- Assist in managing inventory and sterilization logs
- Support dental assistants and hygienists with clinical setup and teardown
- Follow all OSHA and infection control standards
- Learn and develop clinical assisting skills under supervision
Qualifications
- Must have dental sterilization experience
- Must have an infection control certificate
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a dental or healthcare setting preferred (but not required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Excellent communication and teamwork
