We are a dynamic women-owned and operated private practice in the heart of Pacific Grove, California. We are growing and looking for talented and passionate California licensed Speech Pathologists or Clinical Fellows to join our amazing team of clinical and administrative professionals. We offer a light-filled clinic near the ocean, close to neighborhoods, restaurants, shops, and lots of outdoor activities year round! We currently have a variety of opportunities available, from working in the clinic to providing services in the natural environment to supervision of graduate students in settings like schools or adult language clinics. This allows you to create your ideal caseload and flexible schedule!
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech therapy services to patients in a private clinic setting via telehealth
- Conduct patient assessments to determine speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care
- Provide education and counseling to patients and their families
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric population required
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology related to speech and language disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
