- Maintain compliance with ethical standards, privacy regulations, and clinic policies.

- Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to pipeline-based planning.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and pursue advancement opportunities.
- Educate families and caregivers on strategies to support communication goals at home.
- Support business growth by identifying opportunities within the territory.
- Participate in on-site meetings to share progress and align with leadership.
- Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist with active credential.
- Maintain HIPAA/compliance with privacy regulations and clinic policies.
- Provide on-site SLP services with evidence-based therapy delivery.
- Competence in assessment, diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
- Accurate documentation in electronic health record systems.
- Meet or exceed performance targets and contribute to pipeline planning.
- Ability to track outcomes using data and KPIs for treatment optimization.
