What You’ll Do
You’ll be the central hub of our front office and a key support to our intake and legal teams. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Answering and routing incoming phone calls with a polished, friendly tone
- Scheduling client meetings and managing the front desk calendar
- Monitoring and organizing the general inbox
- Handling incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Keeping the front office and waiting area clean, organized, and welcoming
- Assisting with administrative tasks (filing, scanning, copying, ordering supplies)
- Maintaining a calm, reassuring presence for clients who may be dealing with emotional family or planning matters
- Have experience as a receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative assistant
- (Law firm or medical office experience is a plus.)
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and dependable — nothing slips through the cracks
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and confidently (especially over the phone)
- Stay calm under pressure and can balance multiple tasks at once
- Show up on time, follow systems, and take pride in delivering excellent service
- Are comfortable learning new software and processes — we’ll train you
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative, supportive team
- Want a remote or hybrid position — this role is fully in-office
- Don’t enjoy talking on the phone or interacting with people
- Get overwhelmed easily by multitasking
- Prefer to “wing it” instead of following established systems
- Believe that “good enough” is acceptable

This is a part-time position, 25–30 hours per week.
We are flexible within these ranges:
- 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
- 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM (with a short break)
