The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for the organization. Key responsibilities include sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, as well as developing and implementing employer branding initiatives to attract diverse talent pools. The role also involves collaborating with leadership and department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the New York City Metropolitan Area.
