Responsible for assembly of patient meals on kitchen tray line, ensuring accuracy of menu selection as well as adherence to diet requirements. Position also involves cold food preparation of stocking of tray line supplies and all kitchen sanitation duties (including, but not limited to, dish machine and pot sink duties).
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED preferred. One year food service experience preferred. Ability to speak, read and write English. Good communication and customer service skills. Must be able to use basic math skills with money handling.
