Overview
This position provides direct administrative support to the Executive Director of Montefiore New Rochelle ensuring that the priorities of the Executives are pursued and met.Responsibilities
- Participates and collaborates in hospital committees and ensures appropriate communication with management and administrative staff.
- Will have oversight of administrative staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of experience in a similar position, including prior experience in a supervisory role.
- Background and experience in Healthcare preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
- Ability to learn and operate Montefiore's systems such as UKG and Workday.
- Must have strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task is required.
- Must be Customer Service oriented.
