As a manager, the role leads and develops Management Engineers, Project Managers, and other HSE team members to deliver measurable outcomes across transformation initiatives. It is responsible for defining benefits, tracking key performance indicators, and ensuring alignment of multiple related projects to achieve enterprise goals.

Responsibilities
- The Senior Manager applies process engineering and project management methodologies to lead high-impact initiatives such as workflow redesign, financial analysis, Lean & Six Sigma improvements, and digital transformation efforts.
- By driving system improvements, enabling change, and coordinating complex initiatives across departments, the Senior Manager helps Montefiore enhance performance today while building the foundation for its long-term vision.
- Success in this role requires the ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on program management, applying critical skills in planning, change leadership, and system development while serving as an advisor to executive leadership and a mentor to the HSE-Transformation team.
- Master's Degree in Engineering or Project Management with a focus on Management Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Healthcare Project Management.
- Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black) or Process Improvement Certification (preferred).
- Project Management Professional Certified (preferred).
- Minimum of 7 years' experience in health care settings.
- Ability to successfully manage multiple programs and project plans.
- Ability to represent Montefiore Medical center and the Health Systems.
- Engineering Office in a professional manner.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and focused work sessions with multi-disciplinary services.
- Ability to conduct research, establish best practices and obtain benchmark information/data.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and written skills.
Salary : $120,000 - $150,000
