We're not just looking for a salesperson, we're looking for someone who can build relationships, earn customers' trust, and guide them through the entire car-buying experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome customers and create a positive buying experience from start to finish.
- Learn how to finance customers for their new used car.
- Learn each customer's needs and help them find the right vehicle.
- Conduct vehicle walk-arounds and test drives.
- Negotiate vehicle pricing professionally and honestly.
- Assist customers with financing by completing credit applications and working with lenders.
- Present financing, warranty, GAP, and protection plan options.
- Prepare accurate sales and finance paperwork while ensuring all required documents are completed.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to build lasting relationships and encourage referrals.
- Keep up with current inventory and product knowledge.
- May require in state and out of state travel to auctions.
- Work as a team to help the dealership meet its sales goals while maintaining excellent customer service.
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has excellent communication and people skills.
- Has some finance experience
- Is confident, motivated, and enjoys working with customers.
- Is honest, dependable, and has a strong work ethic.
- Can stay organized and manage multiple customers throughout the day.
- Is comfortable learning financing and dealership software.
- Has previous automotive sales or finance experience (preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person).
- Has a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
