Montavilla Sheet Metal and Stainless Steel is a family owned company that is looking for a self dedicated, hard-working sales person. Must be well knowledged in what products we offer or at least willing to learn. We offer a variety of custom products and services like welding and installation. The sales person will be working onsite but mostly offsite meeting will potential clients and so forth.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Salesperson, located in Portland, OR. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales proposals and contracts, and achieving sales targets. In addition, the Salesperson will be required to provide clients with detailed product knowledge and support throughout the sales process.
Qualifications
- Sales, Customer Service, and Account Management skills
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication and stainless steel products
- Familiarity with metal materials (steel, stainless, aluminum)
- Familiar with CNC equipment (plasma, laser or similar)
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (cutting, forming, layout)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 2 years sales experience, preferably in the metal industry
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
