Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to help maintain and enhance our private 4-acre estate in Hilltown, PA. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in property upkeep and enjoys hands-on projects in a peaceful setting.
Responsibilities include:
- Lawn mowing and general groundskeeping
- Trimming, edging, and weeding
- Planting and mulching
- Seasonal yard clean-up
- Assisting with various property improvement projects
- General upkeep to maintain the appearance and health of the grounds
Skills
- Experience with landscaping or property maintenance
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Self-motivated with an eye for detail
- Experience with pool maintenance is a plus, but not required
Schedule & Compensation:
- Approximately 20 hours per week to start
- Ongoing work during the active season, with potential for continued opportunities
- Flexible scheduling (to be discussed)
