Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operational activities of the credit union to ensure smooth service delivery and member satisfaction. Process payment operation tasks including ACH, share draft, debit/credit card, bill payment, and wires.
• Offer friendly, professional service to members, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive in-branch experience and serve as a backup to front line operations.
• Research, verify, and resolve member issues regarding payment systems according to applicable regulations and credit union policies and procedures.
• Provide support to staff regarding card and payment related matters.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with vendors.
• Handle any special projects as assigned by the team.

The Ideal Candidate will have a strong attention to detail, strong organizational, and financial acumen. A high school diploma is required with one year of experience in financial services.
