POSITION SUMMARY
The Member Service Representative (MSR) plays a vital role as a first point of contact for members and visitors, ensuring each interaction reflects professionalism, courtesy, and a genuine desire to help. This position is responsible for opening and maintaining memberships and accounts, processing a variety of member requests, and providing accurate information about Montana Credit Union's products and services. MSRs assist members in person, over the phone, and through digital channels, helping them achieve their financial goals with a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- At least 2 years of exceptional customer or member service experience preferred.
SALARY
- $17.00 $18.00 Hourly DOE
