What are the responsibilities and job description for the AM Prep Cook position at Montana Ale Works?

Prep cook positions involve the making of our menu items, all from scratch! This encompasses knife work, building sauces and dressings, making stocks, processing proteins, and much more.
Must be available from 6:00am until 2:00pm. $20-$22 per hour plus tips. Plus health/dental/vision/supplemental insurance, free shift meals, great discounts, and wellness programs with discounts at local gyms. $2/hour summer bonus for employees who work June 1 through September 30.
Prep positions start at 6:00am and typically work until around 2:00pm, freeing up your day to fish, bike, ski, hike, climb, pet dogs, nap, chill or whatever you like to do.
