Prep Cook

Jawbone Group's purpose is to provide unique dining experiences to our guests.

We are looking for a hardworking and detail‑oriented Prep Cook to support our kitchen team. The Prep Cook is responsible for preparing ingredients, following basic recipes, and ensuring workstations are clean, organized, and fully stocked for service. This role includes chopping, portioning, labeling, and storing food items according to food‑safety standards. The ideal candidate works efficiently, follows directions well, and helps maintain a smooth, consistent workflow in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
