We’re representing a growing events and promotions company expanding its team in Chicago. They specialise in face-to-face customer engagement through retail pop-ups, promotional stands, and high-footfall locations.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is not a desk role — you’ll be out in the field, interacting with customers and representing well-known brands in busy retail and event settings.
Day-to-day, you’ll be:
- Engaging customers at retail pop-ups and promotional events
- Starting conversations and introducing current products and services
- Explaining features, benefits, and available packages in a simple, clear way
- Helping customers make informed decisions based on their needs
- Supporting sign-ups and ensuring a smooth customer experience
- Maintaining a professional and energetic brand presence
- Working alongside a team to achieve daily and weekly targets
