What You’ll Do (Starting Point)
- Receive, organize, and stage materials for jobs
- Load/unload trucks and support deliveries to job sites
- Pick and prep materials for upcoming projects
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse
- Assist with returns and inventory tracking
- Support job site clean-up and basic labor tasks as needed
Your Growth Path
Phase 1: Warehouse training (materials operations)
Phase 2: Job site support with Lead Carpenters
Phase 3: Apprentice Carpenter (hands-on trade work)

What We’re Looking For
- Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to lift 80 lbs and stay active throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic computer skills (MS Office)
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Common sense and problem-solving mindset
- Construction or material experience = a bonus (not required)
- Must have a Valid Drivers License with clean driving record.
