The Impact You'll Make
- -->> Ensure production goals and requirements are met on the production line. Requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to support both production efficiency and team development in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Train new temporary employees on proper production line procedures and standards.
- Monitor and track batch numbers for accuracy and compliance.
- Create and attach placards for each completed pallet.
- Complete and maintain daily quality control (QC) checklists.
- Assist with the setup and preparation of products for daily production runs.
- Generate and apply UPC labels to products as needed.
- Identify and report any product damages or defects daily.
- Follow and enforce all company safety procedures and operational guidelines
- Follow and Implement all safety procedures
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Supply Chain Management or related field of study
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in warehouse environment
- Additional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry
- Computer Skills Desired: Microsoft office
- Preferred Certifications: Forklift preferred
