WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Own the customer experience from write-up to delivery
- Drive sales of maintenance and repair services
- Build value and educate customers to close recommendations
- Maintain high CSI while maximizing RO performance
- Work closely with technicians to increase efficiency and output
- Handle a high-volume workflow without missing opportunities
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Proven sales ability (automotive experience preferred)
- CDK experience recommended (not required)
- Strong closing skills and confidence presenting estimates
- Ability to handle pressure and perform at a high level daily
- Competitive mindset with a desire to make serious money
- Professional, energetic, and customer-focused
