Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, courteous, and professional service to all customers
- Serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians
- Accurately document customer concerns and service requests
- Recommend necessary maintenance and repairs based on technician findings
- Effectively sell technician labor and services to meet departmental goals
- Prioritize services and present clear repair options when applicable
- Keep customers informed of service progress, timelines, and costs
- Ensure all work is completed to customer satisfaction
- Maintain knowledge of vehicle systems to address customer questions
- Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a related automotive/customer service role required (2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and maintenance services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (dealership software experience is a plus; training provided)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
