Requirements
- Must have NYS Teaching Assistant Certification
- Must meet NYSED Fingerprinting requirements
- Self- motivated, resourceful and capable of working independently
- Ability to work collaboratively and patiently with students and school staff
- Experienced with technology
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and shifting priorities in a busy school environment
- Working knowledge of ChromeOS, MacOS, and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with laptops, workstations, printers, interactive whiteboards (SMARTPanels), and standard peripherals
- Ability to provide first-response technical support,diagnosing issues, testing hardware, and performing software installations across multiple platforms
- Serve as an information source for all staff and students on technology related issues
- Strong communication skills to assist students and staff in troubleshooting technical problems and identifying solutions effectively
- Willingness to perform other duties as assigned by school administration
