Requirements
- Must meet NYSED Fingerprinting requirements
- Must meet civil service requirements
- Knowledge of proper methods for preparing and serving food in a school cafeteria.
- Ability to unpack, organize, and store food and supplies appropriately.
- Knowledge of modern cleaning methods and the proper use of cleaning supplies, equipment, and appliances.
- Ability to perform cashier duties, as needed.
- Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions.
- Physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.
