- Greet patients and schedule appointments

- Collect and explain copays and payments
- Prepare and print patient charts
- Manage multi-line telephones
- Multitask with interruptions
- Have time management skills
- Have professional appearance
- Work well alone and as a team
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Generate positive relationships with patients and staff
Requirements:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
