What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Receptionist position at Kaufman Chiropractic?
Full time position available for our wonderful front desk! Scheduled hours are 8am-6pm or 8:30-6:30pm and Sat 8:30am-1:00pm with Sundays and one weekday off. Ideally, we would love a candidate that can work at our Bothell office on occasion but primarily in our Monroe office. Need individual to open/close depending on the rotating schedule. Looking for an individual who is enthusiastic in providing excellent patient care, has an outgoing and warm personality. Need 1 years customer service experience. Duties include answering a multi-line phone system, scheduling patients, including calling patients who miss or are late for their appointments, take payments, clean rooms and most importantly facilitate the flow of our chiropractic clinic. Salary DOE. **Must be 18 years or older**
