Inside Sales Fleet Coordinator

Position
Critical team member working with account manager, sales engineering and draftsman managing and supporting the order management process by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Outside Sales Team as well as internal company departments to make the overall sales process as smooth as possible.
- Prepare Bids, Costing and Leadtime while working with Purchasing, Engineering, Service and Scheduling to present the most competitive and accurate proposal to fulfill customer needs.
- Meet with Outside Sales to Review Bids/Quotes to make sure it includes bid requirements.
- Coordinate with Dealers on Chassis Arrival to Schedule Equipment and Installation
- Communicate with customers during the build process and let them know where we are in the build process.
- Attend and participate in off-site meetings, training, trade shows & industry association meetings to support the Municipal Team and for personal growth within the industry as required.
Qualification
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a related field
- Must show mechanical aptitude and have previous experience with truck equipment or related products
- Ability to develop relationships with current and potential customers
- Proven track record of successful sales experience
- Must be self-motivated and able to work within a Team Setting
- Proficient in Microsoft office software; Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook
- Ability to Read and Understand Specifications, Blue Prints and Schematics
